Aaron is a veteran in web strategy and online customer behavior analysis, with specializations in web analytics strategies visitor experience optimization for retail banking and retail e-commerce companies. Formerly a manager in the consulting group at WebTrends, Aaron has also held senior-level consulting positions with Coremetrics and WebCriteria. Prior to WebCriteria, Aaron lead his own consulting firm, Tweak Interactive, a firm still in operation that provides conversion optimization and user experience design services.
