Come help the Oregon Lincoln Bicentennial Commission Celebrate the 200th Anniversary of Abraham Lincoln’s Birth.
The Oregon Lincoln Bicentennial Commission (OLBC) is hosting a History Day celebration on May 9, 2009 at the Portland State University, in Portland, Oregon.
This event is to celebrate the 200th Anniversary of Abraham Lincoln’s birth and share with the public all the great work of organizations that promote history in our community. The event will include; information booths, a stage for presentations, Continuing Education lectures, music, authors signing books, re-enactments, a special guest from history, a story book corner for children, door prizes and much more!
